The QBF Solver AIGSolve
نویسندگان
چکیده
AIGSolve is a rewriting-based solver based on And-Inverter Graphs (AIGs). In this approach, quantifiers are eliminated, starting with the inner-most quantifiers. Intermediate results are represented symbolically using AIGs [22, 23]. The basic method consists of cofactorbased quantifier elimination which is combined with a multitude of optimization approaches including a SATand BDD-based compaction of the representations, methods for preprocessing QBF-formulas based on incremental SAT, heuristics that exchange quantifiers of the same level, heuristics that use BDD-based quantifier elimination as an alternative, as well as structure extraction and structure exploitation for the processed

HordeQBF: A Modular and Massively Parallel QBF Solver
The recently developed massively parallel satisfiability (SAT) solver HordeSAT was designed in a modular way to allow the integration of any sequential CDCL-based SAT solver in its core. We integrated the QCDCL-based quantified Boolean formula (QBF) solver DepQBF in HordeSAT to obtain a massively parallel QBF solver—HordeQBF. In this paper we describe the details of this integration and report ...
متن کاملBeyond CNF: A Circuit-Based QBF Solver
State-of-the-art solvers for Quantified Boolean Formulas (QBF) have employed many techniques from the field of Boolean Satisfiability (SAT) including the use of Conjunctive Normal Form (CNF) in representing the QBF formula. Although CNF has worked well for SAT solvers, recent work has pointed out some inherent problems with using CNF in QBF solvers. In this paper, we describe a QBF solver, call...
متن کاملSolving QBF with Counterexample Guided Refinement
We propose two novel approaches for using CounterexampleGuided Abstraction Refinement (CEGAR) in Quantified Boolean Formula (QBF) solvers. The first approach develops a recursive algorithm whose search is driven by CEGAR (rather than by DPLL). The second approach employs CEGAR as an additional learning technique in an existing DPLL-based QBF solver. Experimental evaluation of the implemented pr...
متن کاملUsing Stochastic Local Search to Solve Quantified Boolean Formulae
We present a novel approach to solving Quantified Boolean Formulae (QBFs), exploiting the power of stochastic local search methods for SAT. This makes the search process different in some interesting ways from conventional QBF solvers. First, the resulting solver is incomplete, as it can terminate without a definite result. Second, we can take advantage of the high level of optimisations in a c...
متن کاملAutomated Benchmarking of Incremental SAT and QBF Solvers
Incremental SAT and QBF solving potentially yields improvements when sequences of related formulas are solved. An incremental application is usually tailored towards some specific solver and decomposes a problem into incremental solver calls. This hinders the independent comparison of different solvers, particularly when the application program is not available. As a remedy, we present an appro...
